Dr Moran graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove. Since graduating she has spent the last 31 years working as an optometrist in Roseburg and surrounding areas.
She and her husband live in the country with their cats and dogs and enjoy the deer and other wildlife there.
